We have created a self-contained working environment that enables us to care for quality both on the macro and micro scale.
CROPS | We acquire our raw materials from the best farms, which we cooperate with on a contractual basis. We move our materials using our own fleet of transport vehicles.
TECHNOLOGY | We dry condiments in our own, state of the art facilities. We own an advanced Raphanel System steriliser, as well as storage facilities and silos of high capacity.
TESTING | We perform precise laboratory testing, both before and after raw material processing.
QUALITY | We deliver condiments in the amount, form and packaging customised to the purchaser’s needs. We can sterilise any product.

Parsley
(Petroselinum crispim L.)
Dried leaves of flat leaf parsley from Polish crops. Available in various qualities and screening sizes, as well as ground. The raw material can be sterilised on request.

Savory
(Satureja hortensis)
A spicy condiment used in vegetable mixes, also utilised in the baking industry. Essential oil content between 0.8-1.4%. These include, for example, thymol, terpene, and p–Cymene.

DILL LEAVES
Dill Leaves
(Anethum graveolens L.)
A herb with a characteristic, spicy taste, used in the production of condiment mixes and sauces. Also used as a fish condiment. The leaves are available dried – cut or ground, sterilised if required.

THYME
Thyme Leaves
(Thymus vulgaris L.)
A sour, aromatic plant from Polish crops. Rich in essential oils, making it an excellent condiment. Thyme leaves are available cut or ground. Sterilised on customer’s request.

CHIVES
Chives
(Allium schoenoprasum L.)
Our portfolio includes the European chives, with a stem thicker than the Asian variety. The chives are dried in hot air, and sold as flakes, rolls, or ground.

MARJORAM
Marjoram
(Majorana hortensis)
A herb used as a meat condiment. In the medical industry, utilised in the production of antibacterial and anti-inflammation ointments. Characterised by a high essential oil content – even as much as 3%.

Lovage
(Levisticum officinale L.)
A plant of the celery family, used as an ingredient of stews and soups. Used in diet supplements and flavoured vinegars. High essential oil content in leaves: between 0.14 and 0.45%.

(Artemisia dracunculus L.)
